- Monitoring Inventory level and reporting on the inventory situation
- Identifying requirements to place the order keeping in mind stock situation, Minimum stock, MOQ and lead time
- Placing the orders in consultation with the SC Manager
- Follow up with the suppliers to endure timely receipt of the material
- Ensure least possible stock outs
- Arranging for transport to pick up the material and delivery at the ware house
- Co-ordination with the ware house to check the stock levels, purchase delivery, sample requirements etc
- Negotiating with transporters, identifying cheaper source of transport
- Checking the invoices of Transport, Material, Distributor etc
- Purchase Order processing in accounting package
- Return processing in accounting package
- Helping back office in order processing, Invoicing etc at the time of over load / absence
- Help on Negotiating prices with suppliers

Mínimo: The profile we are looking for, should accomplish the following requirements: - At least,two years in a similar position. - High level of english - Reporting to Logistic Manager in France and General Manager in Spain
