As Plant Manager you will be responsible for site manufacturing and operational performance. As part of the senior management team you will drive the highest standards of quality, health & safety, engineering and process improvement throughout the business. You will be responsible for the man management, coaching and development of a manufacturing team towards improved productivity and lean manufacturing techniques and processes.

The Plant Manager will be able to:
* Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
* Maintain and manage KPI scorecard.
* Maintain a clean and safe plant.
* Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
* Responsible for plant production goals.
* Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
* Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
