Operador Logístico Multinacional

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Planning, key responsibilities are:

- For the effective fulfilment of the customers transport requests, ensuring the highest level of customer services for the correct price
- Line management of the operations staff including holiday cover for planning staff
- Responsibility for generating and maintaining effective carrier relationships and managing performance of our carrier partners
- Ensuring that the operational procedures and processes set out in the respective client MOP documents are correctly followed, input into process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring that customer service is maximised and managing the onsite planners' interaction with the customers
- Reporting daily and weekly KPI Stats to Head of operations and planning, including weekly contract review
- Working with the Head of operations and planning to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to optimise the client service level

Mínimo: Key Competencies - Graduate (or equivalent) with significant transport experience - Excellent motivational skills - Line management skills and the ability to effectively delegate tasks - Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact well with customers' staff on customers sites. - Good written and verbal communication skills with staff and also management team - Well organised with excellent administration and time management skills - Good PC literacy - A flexible approach to work in a dynamic, pressurised environment - Fluent in both Spanish and English
