Multinational Logistic Company
Reporting to the Service Delivery Director, key responsibilities are:
- Responsibility for ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to the client
- Responsibility for building and nurturing a strong and effective relationship between the company and the client
- Responsibility for initiating and driving through the continuous improvement process between the company and the client
- Responsibility for account profitability
- Responsibility for building and nurturing a strong and effective relationship between the company and key carrier partners
- Liaising with Head of operations and planning, and dedicated operations staff to ensure that all contract obligations are adhered to and exceeded
- Liaising with Logistics solutions manager and logistics analysts in providing the necessary support to identify cost initiatives within the contract

Mínimo:
- Graduate (or equivalent) with a minimum 5 years client liaison / sales experience
" Self motivated, performance driven individual with the strength of character to make decisions independently of others
" Ability to influence the client to drive through change
" Ability to assess alternative solutions quickly and make a commercial judgement
" A flexible approach to work in a dynamic, pressurised environment
" Possessing of the inter-personal skills and integrity to develop true partnership relationships with both the Client and carriers alike
" Experience of project management & process re-engineering
" High levels of numeracy and literacy
" High level of IT & PC literacy and ability to adapt to new technology
" Fluent in English, Spanish and French
