Multinational company

The coordinator will be reponsable for the processing and delivery of orders in SAP received via EDI to points of sales throughout the Iberian Peninsula (100+) from the central warehouse; he/she will coordinate and manage stock levels and will issue re-orders with the company`s different factories as stock is required; will manage communication with customers and with logistics partners to carry out operations in the most efficient manner, to resolve problems and to generally optimize the service; will coordinate arrival and dispatch of merchandise from overseas to book into central warehouse; will coordinate After Sales Service warehouse; Responsable for general adminstration oversight, including control of expenses, office supplies and basic bookkeeping; will coordinate payment calendar & planning with key accounts

Mínimo: Excellent spoken and written English a must. Knowledge of SAP highly preferred, but must have minimum experience in comprable ERP. Knowledge of consumer goods distribution is a plus, as is experience in an multinational environment. We are looking for a flexible, good natured and self-motivated person who can multi-task and set own priorities.
